1. To soften thick nails and hydrate dry and itchy skin - soak your feet in RELAX. Our anti-fungal, Epsom salt soak - infused with lemongrass will soften thicker nails and fight fungus on the skin. (1-2 times weekly) Also available in bourbon-scent. This is prescription-strength.

2. Trim your nails - after softening, trim your nails with a sharp nail clipper to the desired length. Avoid cutting too close to the skin and use the rasp to file down any rough edges. (1-2 times month) Shop professional medical instruments.

3. Using our foaming anti-fungal soap CLEAN. Available in grapefruit and bourbon-scent. This will reduce the overall fungal spores on your skin and nails. This is prescription strength. This is prescription-strength. (DAILY)  

4. Next, use BUFF, our exfoliating loofah with hydrating oils in the shower. This will gently scrub off fungus. Available in peppermintlemongrassbourbon and grapefruit scents. (3-4 times weekly).

6. After you've bathed, pat affected areas dry. Using HEAL, roll the 30% Urea + anti-fungal ointment on all affected areas. This is prescription-strength. (DAILY)

7. Lastly, apply REPAIR. It is a potent anti-fungal nail solution offers a 4-in-1 combination. It thins thicker nails, removes discolorations, hydrates cracked and peeling cuticles and offers 2 anti-fungal agents. This is prescription-strength. (DAILY)
